 200m² reverse duplex flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 

 This residence was designed to capture the energy, warmth, and personality of a newly married couple while reconciling two contrasting stylistic preferences: his preference for rustic, tactile materials and her love for colorful, modern aesthetics. The challenge was to create a cohesive environment where both styles could coexist naturally, resulting in a warm, dynamic, and inviting interior.

Rustic character is conveyed through the strategic use of wood and metal, introducing texture and a sense of grounded authenticity. This is complemented by eclectic elements, including bold lines, contrasting textures, and playful color accents, which infuse energy and modernity into the space. Every design decision was guided by functionality and ergonomics, ensuring the home is as practical as it is visually engaging.

The spatial organization reinforces both communal living and personal privacy. The upper floor accommodates shared areas—the terrace, kitchen, and living room—designed for social interaction, natural light, and fluid circulation.
